Job profile for the Administrative Assistant

  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting duties at the reception desk. Administrating the Front Desk and performing clerical responsibilities will be the key duty.
  • Answer phone calls
  • Manage conference room schedules
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and others who work in coordination with the firm
  • Manage the order supply task properly.
  • Maintain and internal staff database
  • Must be able to work and coordinate with clients and the team on special projects

Qualification of the applicant

  • An ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in the administrative office.
  • Should have working experience in one of the corporate houses.
  • Excellent knowledge of Computer, specially the MS Office, Power Point, Internet proficiency, knowledge of handling Outlook.
  • If the candidate has working experience in trade company or in the marketing department, it will be an advantage for him
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Multi tasking and ability to work under pressure
