  • The candidate will be responsible for calling all existing customers.

Qualification for the Inbound Sales Agent

The candidate must have experience in making inbound and outbound calls in sales company. Experience in making cold calls will also help. He or she should be able to provide quick solution to the problems faced by the customers.

  • He must have basic computer knowledge
  • Able to communicate flawlessly in verbal and written communication
  • Maths and analytical skill are needed
