Brief job description
Selected candidates shall be expected to work from home. Working hours are 9AM to 8PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays, eastern time, amended according to specific clients.
Agents may define schedules on their own within this time frame subject to a minimum of 20 such 30 minutes time period in a week or 80 such time periods in a month.
