Job profile for the Administrative Assistant
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting duties at the reception desk. Administrating the Front Desk and performing clerical responsibilities will be the key duty.
- Answer phone calls
- Manage conference room schedules
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and others who work in coordination with the firm
- Manage the order supply task properly.
- Maintain and internal staff database
- Must be able to work and coordinate with clients and the team on special projects
Qualification of the applicant
- An ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in the administrative office.
- Should have working experience in one of the corporate houses.
- Excellent knowledge of Computer, specially the MS Office, Power Point, Internet proficiency, knowledge of handling Outlook.
- If the candidate has working experience in trade company or in the marketing department, it will be an advantage for him
- Excellent communication skill
- Multi tasking and ability to work under pressure
