Job Description of the home based Customer Service staff

  • The applicant will be responsible for building strong customer relation. Cornerstone focuses on the bond between the company and its client. So the candidate has to have excellent product knowledge and customer satisfying ability.
  • The applicant is expected to help customers in purchasing products for decorating home or accessories. He or she must assist the customer.
  • Interested candidates will have to work for one weekend day. But they can comfortably work for the comfort zone of their home.

Experience need in this profile

  1. Interested candidates must have a minimum 2 to 5 years experience in customer care department.
  2. The person should be able to perform multi tasking
  3. Experience in apparel furnishing will be an added advantage.

Skills needed

  • Handling telephone call and answering customer’s query
  • Carry professional behavior
  • Satisfy customers and assist them properly so that they are happy with your service
  • Strong one to one relationship
  • Excellent listening skill and offer instant support over telephone.
  • Should be tech savy

 Qualifications:

  • Computer proficient. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
  • Must have excellent communication skill
  • Ability to answer inbound calls
  • Experience in call center will be an added advantage
